This is our top-selling rainbow salad mix; we have taken our 4 favourite microgreens; broccoli sprouts, pea shoots, sunflower shoot and radish sprouts, then mixed them in a roughly even mix and packed them into a convenient box for an awesome salad combo.
This salad box tastes amazing; you have the peppery broccoli sprouts, next to the lemony sunflower shoot, a bit of mild spice from the radish and then a hint of sweetness from the pea shoots. It makes for a great lunchtime salad and packed full with the health benefits of all 4 microgreens, you can’t go wrong!
HOW TO PREPARE
Rinse thoroughly with clean water before eating. We would recommend eating our rainbow mix simply by itself, drizzled in loads of olive oil and balsamic vinegar for a taste explosion!
HOW TO STORE
Please store your salad box in the fridge, where it should last for up to a week. You can freeze it to preserve its life, but freezing breaks the plant cell walls so it won’t look the same or have its awesome crunch.
