We are really excited to be bringing our microgreens out to the public! Over the past 6 months, we have been growing and experimenting with different soils and environmental conditions to perfect our crops and grow beautiful microgreens that taste amazing and are packed full of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. We want to give everyone the chance to try all our fresh products, so have designed this combo box filled with a selection of our favourite greens AND a great price!

What You'll Receive

The Combo Box is packed full of a great selection of our fresh healthy microgreens products, including:

2 x Broccoli Sprouts (70g)

These are one of our personal favourites; our premium broccoli sprouts grown from organic seeds! These sprouts contain many of the known benefits of broccoli but at super concentrated levels; it is estimated that just 100g of broccoli sprouts is equivalent to eating 5kg of normal broccoli. One of their standout benefits is their massive levels of Sulforaphane. This natural compound is responsible for the widely publicised health benefits of broccoli and has been reported (amongst other things) to reduce cancer burden1, improve memory2 and decrease obesity3.

Harvested at just 4-5 days old at their peak concentration of the phytonutrient sulforophane4, they are as fresh as possible and make a great addition to your daily diet. The peppery taste that they share with other members of the brassica family, (imagine a slight hint of mustard/radish), makes for an awesome salad!

2 x Radish Sprouts (70g)

Our radish sprouts have an amazingly fresh, spicy taste reminiscent of a fully grown radish but with a delicate crunch and more subtle, enjoyable flavour. Add a handful into your next salad, stir-fry or sushi and boost the taste with a mouthful packed full of goodness!

We grow our organic radish seeds in organic coco coir, with no chemicals or additives so you can be confident you’ll only be benefiting from the pure power of mother nature. They have been shown to enhance digestion5 and are full of antioxidants that have been shown in studies to be effective against certain forms of cancer6.

2 x Sunflower Shoots (70g)

Our Sunflower shoots are grown under fully optimised conditions using pure composted soil with no added chemicals to really enhance their awesome nutty, lemony flavour! They are delicious simply by themselves as a healthy snack or can help transform the most ordinary sandwich, wrap or salad into an incredibly nourishing meal.

In terms of their nutrient profile, they really are quite outstanding; a complete source of protein with an amazing balance of all the essential amino acids necessary for our body to repair and recover. Furthermore, they are a great source of chlorophyll which has shown in studies to be effective in slowing the progression of certain cancers7, and decreasing inflammation and oxidative damage8.

2 x Pea Shoots (70g)

When you try one of our fresh, crisp pea shoots we are sure you’ll find it love at first bite! They have a mild, slightly sweet taste and provide a beautiful, crisp, crunch to any meal.

We only harvest our pea shoots at just two weeks old; when they have developed the perfect balance of taste and nutrient density. They have an awesome nutrient to calorie ratio and provide a healthy amount of fibre which can contribute towards greater control of body weight and energy metabolism9.

2 x Rainbow Mix Salad (70g)

This is our top-selling rainbow salad mix! We have taken our 4 favourite microgreens: broccoli sprouts, pea shoots, sunflower shoots and radish sprouts, then evenly mixed them and packed them into a convenient box for an awesome salad combo!

This salad box tastes amazing! From the peppery broccoli sprouts to the lemony sunflower shoots, with a hit of mild spice from the radish sprouts and hint of sweetness from the pea shoots. It makes for a great lunchtime salad - packed full with the health benefits of ALL 4 microgreens: enjoy the taste sensation!
